POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR: Nurse Manager- Surgical Services,Nurse Manager for Long Term Care, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist,Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Aides,LPN, Registered Nurses, Activities Director,Nutritionist 1. CERTIFIED NURSE AIDES - Part-time and Per-diem Evenings/Nights current NYS nurse aide certification. 2. CRNA to work part-time (20 hrs)to assist Anesthesiologist during the work week. 3. PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to work F.T. in our Primary Care clincis. Position will also provide 12-24 hour coverage monthly in the Emergency Dept. Requirements: graduate of an accredited AMA approved PA school with current NYS registration, current BLS and ACLS with completion of all AHP-PA credentialing procedure and requirements. 4. REGISTERED NURSE - to work on M/S/P Unit. Part-time 3-11 shift. Current BLS certification required. 5. REGISTERED NURSE - to work in Long Term Care, Full-time 7-3 and 3-11 shift. Long Term Care experience required. 6. LPN - to work in Kinney Nursing Home, part-time 3-11 shift,Must have current NYS nursing license. 7. LPN - Per-diem to work in a busy OB/GYN private practice. Work schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Fridays. Hours-8:30Am-5:00Pm. 8. NURSE MANAGER for SURGICAL SERVICES - FT, Current NYS RN License in good standing, BSN preferred, Minimu 3 yrs experience as an RN, two of the 3 yrs must be in a surgical services unit. BLS and ACLS required. 9. NURSE MANAGER FOR LONG TERM CARE - FT Current NYS License in good standing.Minimum of 3-5 yrs nursing experience as an RN with prior experience in long term care management. 10. ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR FOR LONG TERM CARE - FT Available immediately. Job summary: plans, directs and coordinates programs of activity/recreational therapy to meet individual needs of residents in LTC. Must meet one of the following requirements: (I)Is a qualified therapeutic recreation specialist or an activities professional who (A) is licensed or registered, if applicable, by NYS and (B) is eligible for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as an activities professional by a recognized accrediting body on or after October 1, 1990; or (II) Has 2 years experience in a social or recreational program within the last 5 years, one (1) of which was FT in a patient activities program in a health care setting; or (III) Is a qualified occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant; or (IV) Has completed a training course approved by NYS. 11. NUTRITIONIST - FT IMMEDIATE OPENING. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate nutritional support for acute care patients and residents in LTC.
